  1. I always like libraries! And the silence in them,it seems like to be in church!

  2. Reminds me of many happy hours in many other similar places, and, yes, great perspective.

  6. Nice perspective. I'm also a big fan of libraries and use my library quite a bit. I like sometimes to just browse and serendipitously find something good to read, or listen to.

  8. Thank you Ioanna, Pusa, Kate, Jim, Suzi-k, Glenn, Clueless and Dan! It's so nice to know that in this digital high speed age, we can still go to the library where we can read and turn the page without pushing a button or clicking on a link...

Hi Pusa and Glenn and welcome to Chicago!

    Haha Jim--yeah I do...

  11. Love both: librieries and quiet. At the moment I'd really need quiet and that particular smell that only may give books

Oh, Web-oj, I wish I could make one magically appear in your town just for you...

Fabrizio, yes, the Christmas rush is beginning to make me feel a little run down and the library is one of my favorite escapes.
