In the Garden of Gethsemane

Gethsemane Garden Center, 5801 N. Clark Street. If you are a gardener, and you live around here, this is the place to go but fair warning: you will be spending pots of money. Or more than you meant to. But you just won't be able to help it. Reviews aplenty here.

  1. So many beautiful plants! You know, I used to spend a lot of money on plants then one day I found out about winter sowing. If you google it you'll find a lot of info and you'll probably get hooked too!

  2. Looks like a place that would be VERY dangerous for me and my wallet to visit.

  3. I love plants. I wish I had the patience and a nice green thumb, of course. Have a lovely weekend!

  4. Hi Bluechic, It's true what you say, I'd be spending lots more money than I had planned. I love plants, love to grow them from seed and love to buy them already grown and blooming. The only thing I'm not too keen on is cut flowers; I hate that they no longer have life.

  5. Beautiful, I especially like the blue flowers bordering the bottom of this photo. I think "blue" is your color. ;)
