Isn't it strange how some of the people you see have their own "territory"
We all have our favorite places. Territory, as r&r said. A place that fits.
Ouch, can't be too comfortable sitting on that fire plug! Any chance this is outside the library at Michigan Ave. and Randolph? Used to see a lot of guys hanging out there there ducking into the library to warm up

I see this man off and on through the seasons--whatever the season, he's always sitting on this particular spot.
