hi Kwarkito, yes it is anish kapoor's "cloud gate" but everyone in chicago calls it the bean....and the pavilion behind is by frank gehry--the symphony plays there and you can sit on the giant lawn and have a picnic or just listen, the photo is a view of Millennium Park, you would like it very much....p.s. sorry for the late answer, i only saw your comment today andi would very much like to see the one in Paris!

ReplyDeleteIs it an Anish kapoor sculpture, this kind of silver bean ? And the building in the back, a frank Gehry's construction ? In paris, the french cinémathèque is in one of his buildings, and its one of my favourite places. About kapoor, two years ago there was a giant and inflatable sculpture and its was possible to go inside... it was really amazing
