hi Oakland Daily and Cesc, thank you so much for your comments, i just want to clarify that this person was waiting on something, as was i, and that he didn't see my camera--i took the photo when he rubbed his face rather tiredly ..i think it is important to leave ppl alone certainly and i wouldn't have photographed him had i felt it to be exploitative of his privacy or his humanity....
She didn't want to be photographed. A very emotional photo.
