Clad in Terra Cotta

35 E. Wacker. Giaver and Dinkelburg, Architect, 1926-27. This landmark 40-story building was once the tallest outside New York City at the time of its construction. Also known as the Jewelers Building, it has a beautiful, very classic design, elegant in both exterior and interior --definitely a must-see.
