Keeping Us Company

Just in case you forget where you are, the walls at the AMC River East Movie Theaters will make sure you remember.

  2. That's neat! I haven't been to a theater in 12 years. I am very aware of how weird that sounds, but the last time we went to a theater to watch a movie we thought it ridiculous to have to pay that much to see a new release in a place full of annoying people who would not stop talking, kicking the back of our seats, making all kinds of noise while eating all kinds of snacks and loudly commenting on the scene before their eyes!

So the following week we bought the largest widescreen TV available and never looked back. Since then we've been watching two or three movies per week in the comfort of our quiet TV room :).

  3. I remember some of those stars. The first time I saw the movie "Giant", I fell in love with James Dean. I might have been 11.

  4. Very nice photo. It's nice when movie theatres have large atriums and art on the walls so you feel more of that "movie experience".
