Hi Bluechic, Now that I've clicked to thank you for your comment, I remember you, that georgeous sky, and your wonderful blue porch. It seems like the sculpture in my post had a bushy fox tail, but it doesn't show in the picture. I bet you are right in thinking it's a Pheasant. Good guess. Next time I'm downtown I'm going to study this statue a bit more to determine if it's fox or hound. Please send your sunsets on down to Kansas!
